In order to provide a more standardised support response to our customers needs, we've moved to a new platform. This allows us to provide you with a knowledge base (or FAQ) with useful information and responses to common support queries. As well as the ability to create your own account, to log your own tickets, check the latest notes, add further content, etc, all via a web interface.
In addition, we're also doing away with the name 'V-Desk' and the email address (email@example.com). We will place a bounce back message for all support tickets that are directed to that address from the 1st May 2017, informing our customers of our new address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Note: our telephone numbers are unaffected and will remain the same.
This change is in response to customers who have assumed the email@example.com email address and the fact that it's a common technical support email for people to use. You HAVE to know about the name V-Desk to use it. It's simply not that friendly.
